I can't be the woman in your dreams

let me be.

and that is the sadness in me...

and I tell myself...

if I can't be the woman of your dreams 

I can't blame me.

but I still wonder why...

being the woman of your dreams

was my fantasy.

and my heart may always questions how...

I cared about your dreams

but they didn't care for me.

the woman of your dreams

should have never been that important to me.

...though without her, I would not have remembered...

the woman in my dreams 

is who I need to be.
